Pohaku, Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage uses warm stones, cold stones, and “illi illi”, which are tiny pebbles, the stones and pebbles along with this modality are designed to stimulate lymph and blood flow as well as invigorate muscles and skin. “Massage for the belly” frees the belly of physical and emotional restrictions, which allows the belly to take its rightful place as the soul of joy and laughter. Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle rhythmic technique that mimics the action of the lymphatic system, improving the flow of fluid and relaxing the body to reduce stress and promote healing.
