We are proud to announce our classes designed with your continuing wellness in mind.
We offer classes on a variety of subjects ranging from managing your money, through changing your life with feng shui and on to balancing your chakras. We will have a class covering just what you need to de-stress your life and promote your good health.

Classes
Guided Meditation
With Danielle Fiddy
2nd Thursday of the Month 6 pm – 7 pm
Cost: $20
Limited to 10 people
This class will help you to relax from your everyday hectic life and bring a little bit of peace within yourself. During class we are going to take a journey and bring our Chakras into balance through guided meditation, breath, visualization, affirmations and gem stones. Balanced Chakras promote good health and a sense of well being.
To help stimulate and balance each energy point we will be using gemstones on each Chakra. If you have a set of stones you would like to use during class, please feel free to bring them. If you do not have any stones, I will have loose stones available for purchase at each class.
Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, during class.

Women's Circle
First Wednesday of the Month
Cost $10.
Spend an enjoyable evening with like minded women.
On the first Wednesday of every month, from 7 pm - 9 pm, join our Women's Circle. Each month we will study and share different topics.
On October 1 Paint Your Dream
We are going to use watercolors; colored pencils etc and paint how our dream feels. If you want to bring anything you are welcome to. Paper, paints, etc will be provided. If you want a stretched canvas you can pick one up at Big Lots.

Chakra Awareness Class

Oct 18: 2 pm - 6 pm & Oct 19: 9 am - 6 pm
Cost: $250
This 20 hour class is designed to help you learn about what chakras are about. We will explore the 7 major Chakras Using our hands and pendulums to feel the chakras and help determine the energy of the chakra. Overview of their properties; what dis-eases are related to each chakra and ways to help them work correctly. This class will prepare you to work with your clients or for self help. You will learn how to use guided meditation to help yourself or client visualize each major point and bring it into balance. During class you will be lead on your own guided meditation to balance yourself as we go along.

Feng Shui Basics
With Connie Chan
Oct 15 7 pm – 9 pm
Cost: $18
Limited to 10 people
Feng Shui literally means wind and water. In this course we will cover the basics of Feng Shui. We will cover the Ba gua and how it relates to your home, career and relationships. We will also cover what animal, color, or object goes with each area. We will discuss “cures” you may put in place to overcome stagnate chi (energy) and ways to enhance the nine areas of the Ba gua.

Effects of the Moon on the Female
