Visit us at 530 Plaza Drive, Suite 130 in Folsom
(near Winco on Blue Ravine between Folsom Blvd. and Prairie City Road)

Directions from Hwy 50:

Take the Prairie City exit and go North.  At Blue Ravine make a left, at the first driveway make a right (Quail Park Center).  Drive towards the back and make a left and then turn right between two sets of buildings.  The Center will be on your right.

Directions from Greenback Madison:

As you reach Folsom/Auburn Road & Greenback, turn right and go across the Natomas Crossing Bridge.  You will now be on Folsom Blvd.  Continue to Blue Ravine and turn left.  At Plaza Dr (two stop lights) turn left.  You will enter a round about.  Turn into the first driveway (Quail Park Center).  Our building will be on the left.

Directions from Roseville & Granite Bay:

Take the Folsom/Auburn Road into Folsom and continue across the Natomas Crossing Bridge. You will now be on Folsom Blvd.  Continue to Blue Ravine and turn left.  At Plaza Dr (two stop lights) turn left.  You will enter a round about.  Turn into the first driveway (Quail Park Center).  Our building will be on the left.
