Massage Therapy

Swedish ~ A full body massage using relaxing long flowing strokes

Aromatherapy ~ A gentle full body massage using essential oils, tailored for each individual to maximize benefits.               

Acupressure Massage ~ An Asian healing massage consisting of stretching and finger-pressure technique that utilizes the traditional acupuncture points.

Reiki ~ A form of energy work laying hands gently on the body.  Used for stress reduction and relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage ~ Combination of heat therapy and therapeutic massage performed with hot oiled stones. 

Reflexology ~ Involves stimulation of the reflex points on the feet and/or hands to help promote balance in the body.

Cranial-Sacral ~ Is a gentle therapy that improves physical, mental, and emotional health by freeing restrictions of movement in the cranial-sacral bones.

Laying on Stones ~ A series of crystals are laid on and around the body.  You are then lead on a personal meditation.  This relaxing meditation can be done alone or before your personalized massage.

Deep Tissue / Sports ~ Concentrated pressure is applied to areas of spasm or chronic pain, to promote deep muscle regeneration.

Pregnancy Massage ~ Massage for the mother-to-be helping her to decrease pain and discomfort throughout the pregnancy. 

Concentrated Massage ~ Thirty minutes focused on whatever is needing the most attention. It could be a tired back, achy feet, tense shoulders, whatever you need most!

On site Chair Massage ~ We come to your office where everyone can enjoy a session.  Minimum of 2 hours required.

Asian Foot Treatment ~ Enjoy a warm relaxing foot soak enhanced with the scents of Asia, followed by a lotion massage of the feet.
