Reiki
~ A form of energy work laying hands gently on the body. Used for stress reduction and relaxation.
Acupressure Massage
~ An Asian healing massage consisting of stretching and finger-pressure technique that utilizes the traditional acupuncture points.
Reflexology
~ Involves stimulation of the reflex points on the feet and/or hands to help promote balance in the body.
Cranial-Sacral
~ Is a gentle therapy that improves physical, mental, and emotional health by freeing restrictions of movement in the cranial-sacral bones.
Pregnancy Massage
~ Massage for the mother-to-be helping her to decrease pain and discomfort throughout the pregnancy.
Fibromyalgia
~ Designed specifically for those with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, or like syndromes. This is a lighter touch to enhance the relaxation for the mind, muscles, and spirit.
